![]() We don't see any failed auth on the NetScaler, client or RSA side, only in the SF logs. This error appears every time a thin client user authenticates. This however does result in a error in the event log on the SF servers:ĬitrixAGBasic single sign-on failed because the credentials failed verification with reason: Failed. If we change the session policy etc to point the Wyse traffic to the PNagent address then the authentication works fine, the client connects and you can load applications no problem. I am not a NetScaler expert by any means so I am unable to verify this myself. ![]() To me it seems like a session issue on the NetScaler side, but NetScaler support claim this is not the case and its working fine and passing the session creds OK. So we are getting a 'double login' issue. If you wait for a new 2FA code (60 second rolling token code) to generate and enter your password and the new code it loads fine. The issue we are having is that if we point the Wyse clients and session policies at the Storefront address ie the thin client connects and authenticates OK, but when you try and launch an application it then prompts for password and a 2FA passcode again. Basically we want to use Wyse thin clients running the latest ThinOS 8.5_017 to connect to our XenDesktop farm (7.15 CU1) via our NetScaler (12.0.57.24nc) using 2FA (RSA radius). Wondering if anyone can help me with the nightmare we are having.
